"We contacted Trevor’s office early last year and discussed needing coverage for our sump pump, interior drain and exterior drain. Per his expertise, we were only told about adding a sump pump rider so we did. Move forward 13 months and our exterior drain failed and our basement flooded. Apparently, per the inspectors, we don’t have the appropriate rider to cover the outside drain. So now we are left with a loss when we relied on our agent to provide thorough and accurate guidance. We’ve switched agents and as soon as we did, the new agent knew exactly what rider we would have needed to cover the exterior drain. I don’t believe Trevor knows enough about the coverage to advise clients appropriately."
