"I am finally here to give a HUGE shout out to Jennifer McPeters of Trevor Jones State Farm Insurance Agency in York County!! Jennifer has always helped me with ANY questions regarding my insurance needs. I have never been made to feel that my questions to her are silly or that I'm taking up valuable time in her workday. I had an experience last summer where my vehicle was involved in a minor incident in a parking lot. I received insurance information from the other party and thought I would eventually have to cover the cost of repairs myself. I was wrong! The other party was honest and State Farm agents contacted me and helped me every step of the way to have the damages done taken care. Once that happened, I realized the work completed was not quite up to par. I made a phone call to the 800 number and after some phone calls from State Farm to the collison repair shop, I was able to return to the shop and it was done once again! I thought I would l have to deal with my lack of close inspection. Based on my experience with the State Farm group, I told the woman who helped me that I would definitely be moving my car insurance needs to be with State Farm. I contacted the Trevor Jones office and spoke to Jennifer. I told her about my promise to switch auto insurance carriers, and I have no regrets doing that. I have had a very positive experience and now I have Jennifer McPeters to contact directly with all my questions. She told me it would be good to have an individual agent to speak with, and she was right!! I have zero regrets switching and I have saved $$. If you are considering a switch, I honestly and highly recommend this office located on Route 17 in York County. Every individual I have spoken to on the phone or in person when I have stopped by the office is friendly and helpful. It took me years to just make the switch, and I do not see me looking elsewhere any time soon."
